This June, I will be traveling with an amazing team to Yei, South Sudan to begin planting an Integrated Farm for the Iris Ministries Children’s Home.Our goal is to plant 2.5 acres of crops for the children to enjoy and sell in the local market. We also plan to purchase milking goats and egg laying chickens to help bring nourishment to the kids. We are very excited about the possibilities here and look forward to getting our hands dirty (literally!). Below is a list of our current needs for the project.
